Vinicola Vedovato and Cantine Turrini: one Venitian and one Emilian winery, companies with different stories and specialized on different products but sharing the same passion for quality and constant innovation. Brands which are characterized by the dynamic approach of the ones who look to the future. Since years VLS Technologies have been at their sides with technical solutions which guarantee process optimization and product improvement.
The latest supplied technologies are cross flow filters for wine and juices. A TMF 36 I cross flow filter has been supplied to Vedovato. Turrini have implemented their plants with a TMF 60 I cross flow filter (600 sqm of filtering surface), which implements a previous cross flow filter of the same size for a total filtering surface of 1200 sqm.
Compared to traditional filtration, with these solutions filtering aids are no more necessary and that translates into important savings from an economical point of view. They are last generation filters with reduced power consumption than in the past. They express the tendency to “look to tomorrow” even because they are modular, expandable in the future and fully automatic.
Solutions which couple with the one VLS already provided to the two Companies, under the perspective of a “sole partner and referent” for the needs of liquid filtration and not only that.
