VLS Technologies starts an important partnership with Vinicola Vedovato Mario S.r.l., an hystorical wine and juice producer located in Trebaseleghe (Padua).
Vinicola Vedovato does constant investment in technologies and this approach has given birth to a long-term relationship with VLS Technologies for the supply of machinery for wine filtration. VLS Technologies has recently supplied to Vinicola Vedovato two new automatic cross flow filters with low power consumption (TMF-I), one of 360 smq of filtering surface and one of 240 sqm; these filters add to another two filters already supplied by our Company in the past.
These technologies for wine and grape juice filtration guarantee in one passage clarity and microbiological stability. Thanks to the peculiar PES capillary membrane with diameter 1,5 mm, these filters allow to get a high-quality product with an important improvement to the efficiency of the vinification process. The Stainless Steel control panel includes a PLC for automatic management of all the filtration. The colored touch screen interface allows an easy setting and visualization of the parameters. Moreover, the crossflow filter allows to eliminate the use of fossil flour and the consequent problems related to its disposal, in this way you can also affect in a favourable way on the costs.
“We have chosen once again VLS Technologies” states the third generation entrepreneur Simone Vedovato “because they always provided us with high quality machinery which have allowed us to reduce the production costs over the years, But mostly, their commitment to examine and evaluate in deep the problems of management of the supplied machinery has never failed”.
Born in 1950 as a family run company to sell wine to the local inns, now Vinicola Vedovato extend on over 12000 sqm, 3000 of which indoor, with a storing capacity of about 100000 hl.
The Company operates in Italy and in over 20 markets and it is constantly growing. The lean and professional structure allows them to operate in a very fast way correspondent to a “real time” logic: quotations, sampling and wine preparation, in example, can be guaranteed in a 48-hours time.
