Not only the UNICO and Lees Stop filter but also the cross flows with polymeric membranes (TMF) and the PLUMA filters have had a great success at Drinktec 2017. The Exhibition is dedicated to beverage and liquid food sectors and it was held in Munich, at the Messe Munchen, from September the 11th to September the 15th 2017. Drinktec has been a great opportunity to establish new contacts with customers coming from Asia (Japan, Chine and South Korea) and South America (Messico, Argentina, Chile) who were interested to the technologies for food liquids shown by VLS Technologies.
Two presentations were done by VLS Technologies at Drinktec 2017.
Domenico Dalle Fratte, Area Manager for VLS Technologies, introduced the UNICO filter and the Lees Stop attracting the interest and the participation of a large number of business operators interested in the innovation which these machines showed. The all-in-one system of filtration of the UNICO filter has confirmed to be the suitable solution for small and medium producers.
Differently from all the technologies in the market, the UNICO filter allows to process at the same time both lees and juices filtering them in one passage only; VLS got the award for “NEW Technolgies SIMEI 2017”. The Less Stop system is an automatic cross flow filter for filtering products with high content in solids which allows to eliminate rotary drum vacuum filters and fossil flour; all of this giving a product with better quality, clean and brilliant.
