VLS Technologies at Enomaq 2019: the report of our participation
Enomaq is one of the most important exhibition in Europe in the agri-food sector and it attracts professionals from all over the world: producers, industrials, importers, exporters, technicians, wineries and winegrowers who find in Enomaq a complete showcase of the most recent machinery and technology for the wine and the beverage sector in general.
Enomaq is particularly intended for the oil and wine sector but this year a new hall for the beer sector has been inaugurated.
We took part together with our hystorical distributor in Spain Velo Maquinaria which is based in Castiglia – La Mancia, the region with the highest grape production in the whole Europe.
VLS Technologies to Enomaq 2019: the report of our participation
VLS focused on the cross flow filters with organic membranes for wine and with Stainless Steel membranes for high solids products and lees.
The technology of the Stainless Steel membranes rose the biggest interest as it allows to replace cumbersome machinery which consumes a lot of aids and gives a poor- quality product with a highly automated small-size machine which guarantee a better quality of the filtrate.
